The Short Version

I grew up in Kerala, studied computer science at SRM IST, and now live in Gurugram, where I've recently joined Internshala as an Associate Product Manager. I came to product the long way round — building things myself, watching where people got stuck, and slowly realising the interesting question was never how to build it but whether it should exist at all.

I'm drawn to AI and SaaS — not for the labels, but because both reward getting the problem right before writing anything. Long term, I want to be the kind of PM who owns hard problems end to end and is trusted to decide what not to build. Right now that means learning the craft properly, from people who've done it longer than I have.

    Start with the excluded user. UPI for the non-literate, ChatGPT for students, LinkedIn for Gen Z — I look for who the winning product left behind.

    02

    Win by subtraction. Focus Docs cut everything but one feature; food delivery fixes economics by changing the unit, not adding more. Depth beats surface.

    03

    Name the tradeoff out loud. Every study ends on what it costs — slower roadmaps, friction that's actually a feature. Judgment, not just ideas.

    04

    Tie every proposal to a metric. No feature without the number it should move. Opinions are cheap; instrumented opinions are product sense.
