CORE MISSION
I've spent 4 years at SRM IST at the intersection of CS and product. I've interned as a PM at TruckHai (logistics) and WebMobi (SaaS), built three products from 0→1, and worked in business operations at Malabar Hypermarket. I'm looking for an APM role where I can bring this full-stack product thinking to scale.

How I think, build, and ship.
EdaptIQ
LiveProblem: Students receive generic, one-size-fits-all education that ignores individual learning paces.
My Role: Sole PM — research, strategy, design, technical delivery.
Approach: I conducted user interviews to identify core friction points in studying, drafted the initial PRD, and built wireframes in Figma. I then led the rapid prototyping phase using React and the Gemini API to validate the adaptive quiz engine.
- Chose adaptive quizzes over static content after research showed 70% of students skipped chapters they already knew.
- Opted for Firebase over a custom backend to accelerate time-to-market for the MVP and test core assumptions faster.
Outcome: 20+ users onboarded in testing. Roadmap: collaborative study rooms and detailed analytics dashboard.
Learnings: Incorporating user feedback loops earlier in the low-fidelity wireframing stage would have saved two weeks of development time later on.
FocusDocs
LiveProblem: Modern document collaboration tools are bloated with features that distract teams from actual writing.
My Role: Sole PM — research, strategy, design, technical delivery.
Approach: I defined the MVP scope by stripping away everything but essential text editing and sharing features. I mapped the user journeys in Notion and designed a minimalist interface in Figma before building the prototype.
- Removed rich-text formatting options in V1 to force users to focus strictly on document structure and content clarity.
- Implemented a frictionless sharing model without mandatory account creation for viewers to reduce drop-off.
Outcome: Core prototype live. Roadmap: Notion integration and secure access controls.
Learnings: Scope creep is real; sticking rigidly to the PRD for V1 was crucial to actually shipping the MVP on time.
